I joined ArtCan in 2018, and enjoy exhibiting with them.  It is a non-profit arts organisation that supports artists through profile raising activities and exhibitions, an open network of ‘likeminded’ peers, and practical support structures. I joined the Richmond Art Society in 2013, became an Exhibiting Member in 2014, and now exhibit with them regularly. Patti ran the online workshop that I participated in in February 2018 and again in 2019.  It was an eye-opening workshop, and Patti is an inspirational tutor. Ian led the Plein Air Painting Workshops that I participated in at Le Barroux, Provence, in June 2016 and Falmouth, Cape Cod, in 2017.  Ian is an brilliant tutor, and the workshops were a huge success. I am delighted with the studio that Michael built for me in October 2015.  I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone wanting a wooden ‘office’ constructed in their garden! Art Amatoria is a contemporary art gallery in the centre of Edinburgh, which exhibits my work. From 26th May to 2nd June 2009, the gallery held an exhibition focusing primarily on my depictions of the human figure, with a few other works by 3 supporting artists.
